Romeo Juliet
This time I introduce a William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet. It is a new version of “Romeo and Juliet”. This version is different many things. This movie is changed in contemporary style. For example the chief characters wear an aloha shirt, and the castle turns into a high-rise building. The duel uses a gun not a sword. Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio plays a position of Romeo. And Claire Catherine Danes plays Juliet. I watched the old version, but I like this modern ness. Because it is easy to look very much. However, I like Juliet of an old version. Because, Olivia Hussey played then Juliet. I like her of this time very much. I heard to my mother that Olivia Hussey married Akira Fuse once. It was very surprise for me. Anyway I do not like this movie. Because everyone know the ending of this movie.
Romeo of the Montague and Juliet of the Capulet. Capulet is very unfriendly with Montague. But one day a daughter meets the son of a noble family of both families fighting against each other at a party and falls in love at first sight. For these two people, the relations of both families worsen more. Juliet gets an idea from Friar Lawrence for Romeo. It was to take medicine idle deadly. But when Romeo sees a Juliet, he does not know a fact. So, he kill himself and he want to go to her. When Juliet wakes up, she finds dead him. And then her notice how situation. And she goes to Romeo’s place. She kills herself, too.
When I watched this movie, I think that I want to fall in love like a Romeo. But I do not want to die. Do you know this "Oh Romeo, Why are you Romeo?" This is a very famous word. Some day I want to use it.
